Britney Spears 2002 Film ‘Crossroads’ Returning to Theaters for Global Fan Event
“Crossroads” — It’s playing for just two nights, on Oct. 23 and 25.
“Crossroads” will play in 875 locations across 24 countries
Crossroads centers on the trio of Lucy (Spears), Mimi (Taryn Manning) and Kit (Zoe Saldaña) as they road trip across the U.S.
Director Tamra Davis, said "had the best time in the world making this picture and the connection the actresses bring to their performances shows in every frame.
“Crossroads” originally premiered in 2002 and, despite negative reviews, grossed $61 million globally.
The fan event will include a bonus sing-along of two Britney Spears’ songs from Crossroads that weren’t previously seen on the big screen.
This special global theatrical re-release of Crossroads is a gift to Britney’s fans and a reminder of her enormous impact on pop culture worldwide.
